Luxury Capital Apartments Terms & Conditions
Making a reservation
A 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking.
The full balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 14 days of arrival the full amount will be payable at the time of booking.
Payments by Cheque or bank transfer are acceptable.
Luxury Capital Apartments do not offer holiday cancellation insurance and we would advise you to contact your insurance company.
It is at the sole discretion of the property owner if deposits may be carried over to alternative dates.
Deposits may not be carried over to an alternative property.
Occupants must not exceed the max number advertised unless by prior arrangement, the property owners reserve the right to charge an additional cost should this number be exceeded.
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to cancel your booking. In this event, we shall make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative or refund any sum paid which shall constitute final settlement of any liability we may have to you as a result of cancellation.
A surcharge of £30 shall be made in the event that keys are not returned.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Check In and Check Out
Unless otherwise agreed, apartments will be made available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival.
Apartments must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure and keys returned. In the event that there is a delay in vacating the apartment beyond the stipulated time an additional night's accommodation may be charged.
Damage Liability
Please leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition, as when you arrive, property owners reserve the right to charge an additional cost should this not be the case.
Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.
The visitor will be held liable and requested to pay for any item or items lost, damaged or broken. We would advise that any such deficiency should be reported immediately on arrival.
All property owners have the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to inspect or to carry out any necessary work or maintenance.
Credit card details used to secure the booking shall also be used as a guarantee against any extra charges.
Fuel and Electricity
Fuel and electricity is included in the cost with most properties and should be used sensibly, owners reserve the right to charge should excessive amounts be consumed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments at any time, however, this rule may be subject to change by management.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments
Complaints
In the event of any dispute or serious complaints we reserve the right to terminate your stay with immediate effect.
